GRB-GO Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Nature Acknowledgement

All products sold on GRB-GO (including eBooks, courses, templates, and software) are intangible digital goods delivered immediately via electronic download. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge:

  • Digital products cannot be “returned” in any physical sense
  • Immediate access prevents product revocation post-delivery
  • All sales are final under digital commerce standards

2. Zero Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances due to:

  • Instant Digital Delivery: Products are accessible immediately upon purchase
  • Non-Returnable Nature: Digital files cannot be physically retrieved
  • Copy Prevention: Inability to verify product deletion post-download

3. Limited Exceptions

Refund requests will only be considered if:

  • Technical delivery failure occurs (verified by our team)
  • Duplicate purchase is proven (same product/account)
  • Product materially differs from advertised specifications

In such cases, GRB-GO will provide:

  • Replacement download access
  • Equivalent product substitution
  • Store credit (at GRB-GO’s sole discretion)

No cash/credit card refunds will be issued.

4. Chargeback Policy

Unauthorized payment disputes (“chargebacks”) will result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Permanent ban from GRB-GO services
  • Legal documentation of product delivery evidence
  • Counter-dispute filing with payment processors

5. Consumer Responsibility

You agree to:

  • Verify system requirements before purchasing
  • Review product descriptions thoroughly
  • Contact contact@grbgo.com before purchasing if uncertain

6. Unauthorized Distribution Prohibition

Attempted refund requests after:

  • Download completion
  • Screen recording/sharing
  • Template customization
    …will be deemed fraudulent and reported to relevant authorities.

7. Policy Updates

GRB-GO reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
